[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this slim fast Well let me start by saying this is my first time ever dieting. I had two babies back to back and was about 30lbs bigger than normal. So, monday i was 151lbs i had a shake for breakfast, a salad with chicken in it for lunch, and another shake for dinner. And a slimfast snack bar between meals. Tuesday my Jillian Micheals 30 day shredd dvd arrived and i started doing that. Long story short, today is now friday, doing my workout, slimfast shakes, snack bars, and one 500 calorie meal a day everyday, and today, 4 days later, i am 146 lbs.....5lbs lighter, Im super excited Mon. Feb. 3. Today i added cinnamon to my shake, soooo delicious, extra taste without extra calories!March 2-Well although i have been slacking on my workout, a month and a half later ive lost 11 lbs on the slim fast diet. Love this flavor, idk wat everyone else is talking about lol
I ORDERED SLIMFAST CHOCOLATE POWDER FROM WALMART (6 CANS). I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT AS A MEAL SUPPLEMENT IN THE MORNING FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I FIND THAT IT CURBS MY APPETITE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS. I DISCOVERED THAT ORDERING THIS ITEM FROM WALMART ON-LINE HAS SAVED MONEY COMPARED TO PICKING THIS ITEM UP AT THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE OR PHARMACY.
Creamy Milk Chocolate is my current favorite. I'm 74, and have been a SlimFast user for over30 years. My previous favorite was Chocolate Fudge, which I can no longer find. I also drink the Creamy Strawberry, and French Vanilla. The chocolate doesn't dissolve as well as the others. Suggestion for a new flavor??? Creamsicle ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make my SlimFast Original Shake Mix - Strawberries and Cream with unsweetened Almond milk in a blender with a little ice. It is so good!! I have a "shake" every morning for breakfast. Its quick and easy and I don't have to worry about missing a meal.
Great flavor and at a great price I would recommend using slim fast in my opinion. The price at Walmart is Cheaper than some other retailers price.
So smooth and creamy I will order again.
Although 3 canisters were damaged - I love the product. Customer service was EXCELLENT they are sending me the replacements. And although I was unsure if the others were damaged I checked and they were fine. so I will not be returning any of the other 6 I ordered. Thanks
I bought this for the protein and vitamins. I've been diagnosed as fructose intolerant and looking for a way to get my vitamins. This tastes good and kept me feeling full, but still bothered my digestive system. The ingredients on this product don't state high fructose corn syrup, but the pre-made SlimFast shakes do. So I wondered if this was the cause.
After several days of using this product I couldn't understand why I was feeling so sick(nausea, migraine, blurred vision) until I read that Slimfast uses aspartame in the ingredients. This shake may taste good, but for people who are aspartame sensitive it is dangerous. After further research I found aspartame contains phlenalalenine which has been proven to cause cancer in rats. Extended aspartame use has many bad side effects including the symptoms I was experiencing. Please stop using this dangerous ingredient in your products.
